A Global Consultancy needed to communicate their business conduct policy to approx 6,000 employees around the world.
The requirements were to:-
- Communicate the business policy to all employees, in 6 different languages, across 12 countries
- Ensure employees understood the policy
- Get formal acceptance from each employee
- Communicate the policy to new starters as well as existing employees
Polisys' services had been recommended to the Consultancy. They were impressed with the service we offered and how much of the administrative effort we could take away from them. The multi-lingual capability and keen pricing sealed the deal.
We were able to:-
- Start communicating the business policy out to thousands of employees around the world
- Track and chase them until they completed the communication process
- Test the employees’ understanding of the policy
- Collect acceptance of the policy from each individual employee
At the end of the communication process we provided the Consultancy with authenticated reports that proved what had been communicated, to whom and what they had agreed to. Every 2 or 3 months we run the service again to capture any new employees or contractors.
